THE 7 THINGS THAT SELLERS MUST KEEP IN MIND

2.  Every property is unique. You should demand an individually tailored marketing strategy emphasizing what your property has to offer.

3.  To prevent delays in the sale of your property, make sure that all property taxes, fidiecomiso fees, and other fees such as water, electricity, and gas are all paid.

4.  To reduce capital gains, make certain that the purchase of your property, as well as any construction or remodeling, is properly manifested.
